Quick question on bootleg downloads

If I've already purchased and downloaded a bootleg from the website, will it allow me to re-download that same boot? My HD crashed with ALL my mp3's on it, and several of the boots I hadn't yet converted to disk, so I have no backup. Thanks ahead.

From the bootlegs site (there's a 'customer service' button on the top left side):

My computer crashed and I lost all of my shows, what can I do?

Our policy is one download per purchase. If you have a problem within the first 30 days of your purchase, the system will allow a replacement download, just ask us to activate your replacement download. After 30 days, you will have to purchase again. We recommend making a backup copy of your files.

  • Thanks. That's b.s., but thanks. They know I paid.

You're welcome. Maybe they'll let you re-download (is that even a proper expression? :D) at least some if you ask them? Could be worth a try...

    Edit for typo.
