I just recently got a turntable and I want to know what some of your experiences are with cleaning records. I've read a lot online and in this forum about different techniques, and a few people here have mentioned the spin clean record washer. Is this the best way to go? Is it worth the money? Is cleaning with dish soap and water just as effective? Any help is greatly appreciated!

I endorse the spin clean. I recommend it if you have a good sized collection, as it is useful in cleaning a decent amount of records in one time period.
And so you see, I have come to doubt
All that I once held as true
    I stand alone without beliefs
The only truth I know is you.
