I'm traveling with some friends this Thursday to Atlanta to see Radiohead. Am planning to get there early enough to tool around the city and, hopefully, poke my head in some record stores. Any suggestions of good record shops there?

Fantasyland Records (not porn store) is off Pharr Rd. in Buckhead. When Peachtree meets Phar Rd, head East, it'll be on your left. This is the one I go too, it's closest. Last purchases were Vs., Wish you Were Here & Quadrophenia. Vs. I bought new, they have some new 180g that are solid, Wilco, Black Keys, PJ. They have a great used Who collection, same w/ rare Zepplin concerts. Check it out
Little 5 points has a record store too, just can't remember the name. Little 5 is pretty hipster, it's a good store. I think it's over by Variety
Thank ya man for the suggestions !!!
If you are in Little 5 points you can get a burger at the Vortex which is yummy and wash it down by going to the Porter on Euclid St and visiting one of the best beer bars around.
Criminal records is pretty cool i don't do the vinal thing though so i don't know how good it is i buy mostly digital music so i don't go to criminal records often. I just think it is cool how they have bands in to play at the store a lot.
One other sugestion ... if i may. Stay off the roads at rush hour. Not exagerating it can be hell.
