    The UK shows were promoted by ITB. Tickets were sold, amongst others, by Live Nation. The promoters will have decided what LN/See Tickets etc. get to sell. What the various vendors do with that allocation is beyond PJ/promoters call as they'll have been paid already for the tickets being sold.
