Tv show where cops drop a car and wait for it to be stolen..

Some real dumb thieves out there. Current guy had to call his buddy to ask how to put the car in gear. Even worse, to stop, he puts the car in park.

    "ahhh yea, i was just movin the car. yea uh, some guy told me to move it for him"

    or

    "ohh yea, i know this was stolen. yea I was bringin it to the police station"
