    I really liked their album. Not listened to it in quite a while now. I believe they are recording or have recorded their 2nd album.

    their debut album is one of the best albums of the 2000s. its like if beyonce was the frontwomen of an indie band.

    Jamie XX may be the top producer and beat maker in the buisness today, he does the beats on this album. He made a remix album of Gil Scott Herons final album which was pretty great as well

    So atmospheric sounding. I love the interplay between oliver and romy.

    eagerly awaiting album 2 this year.

    supposedly album 2 is a departure, more club based than the atmospheric ambience of the debut

    when intelligent dubstep hit american shores this past year with James Blake being the figurehead of that, he said his sound was going to be a lot like shocking to people because

    Beyonce and Jay-z are big fans, and this is one of the groups that Jay said was making hip hop look bad, because indie was so ahead of the curve.

    so to whoever was looking for dubstep, for an intro to dubstep this band is up there with james blake, mt kimbie, burial among others for intelligent thought provoking dubstep

    I dug their debut album. Wish I had seen them when they toured near me, but it was sold out by the time i decided to go. Thought they had a new song out, but guess not.

    intro is awesome. someone on youtube extended the song to 5 minutes which i thought was cool. its a great song but too short

    the top comment on that video is underrated band of the century. i think that may be true although they are pretty lauded famous. they won the mercury prize in 2010

    i like the late night feel of their music. this is music to listen to at 1am or something

    i like their guitar tones, in several of those songs at south by, it sounds like the guitar tones are just flying and floating for miles around

    Rico, what's the sense of these posts? to just add post count?

    I know a certain somebody here that does this and adds about 10,000 posts a month. It's just annoying.

    express why you dont like them, dont just echo someone's statements just to say you dont like it.

    That album has helped me through some tough times. There is just something about her voice and that distinct "british" sound. Actually, nearly everything of what i've been listening to is british indie music....Intro, Crystalised, and Infinity are my fav's. I'm totally looking forawrd to their new album.

    They are playing an outdoor gig at a cemetery in Hollywood.....I saw the Flaming Lips at the venue last year...very trippy to walk amongst the old graves to get to the concert lawn. The Johnny Ramone stautue is located at the cemetery.

    Sig Ros is also playing there this summer.
