Found out I have a counterfeit Amused to Death LP!

I found out yesterday that my LP copy of "Amused to Death" by Roger Waters is a fake! Bought it 18 months ago or so and filed it with my other Floyd albums after playing it once. I remember that it didn't quite impress me on quality but I was doing other things at the time and I just told myself to give it another listen when I wasn't preoccupied. Well I went to play it yesterday, wife and daughter not home, and cranked the stereo up.......sounded like sh!t! So I went on the internet and discovered that it was a fake :( I guess it was good that it was a fake cause of the crap sound and I'm only out 100 bucks (lesson learned) but damn!

I never think about using the internet to research things like this beforehand but believe me I will now! Didn't realize how scarce these were until yesterday.
