not knowing the real story behind this I still have to say "what a friggin dirt bag piece of shit" this guy is for giving his mom the boot from the home her and her husband owned for all those years.

    How could he just quitclaim the house? Wouldn't she have had to sign the document as well?

    Sad story, if she's OK living on her own there.

    I would assume. There are a few lawyers around here that may be able to help us better understand it.

    If she somehow signed away on it then I would say there is nothing that can be done in court about it and she will have to leave, unfortunately.
