My computer needed to update last night, it did, and then an update notice came up again. I hope there isn't anything wrong with Windows.Shows: 6.27.08 Hartford, CT/5.15.10 Hartford, CT/6.18.2011 Hartford, CT (EV Solo)/10.19.13 Brooklyn/10.25.13 Hartford

I've tried everything and it operates in safe mode and it appears I haven't lost anything. What's wrong with Geek Squad?
they are a bunch of untrained clowns...if you are in safe mode....back up your data and just wipe the computer.....or maybe you can reinstall a backup point that is already on your computer.81 is now off the air 0 0

You might as well have just typed "fjdsb asjkc eu jincasuy wmcurfn4 scnZOI nvndonjcaufj qcheomm flipper" because that's about as much as I know about backing up, reinstalling, or backup points as I know. 0 0

And now it works but it keeps getting hung up on webpages and it took over thirty minutes to boot up. Is backing up the computer to an external hard drive fairly easy. And by easy I mean if I plug it in will it lead me along on what to do?0

That said, do not take it to Geek Squad. They will charge you about as much money as it would be to buy a new PC.
Not that they are idiots, most of the guys I knew knew their shit, it's just that it's an $11 an hour retail job. You're going to get employees who won't really give a fuck.0
