First happy VDay. Second, I am so thankful, I got my two biopsy results and they are normal!
I thought I had melanoma on my hand.... the best VDay present ever, being told I am fine.
(I have sun damage, I used to go on boats and turn scarlet.)

Glad to hear the good news. My Grandfather had the same thing but required a lot of surgeries to have it removed and it eventually took him about 7 years ago.

    Thanks.

I'm sorry to hear that. I saw something suspicious on my husband this weekend and he is getting checked tomorrow.

Everyone needs to check each other. Like my husband said, he could not see what I'm looking at that looks suspicious on his back. One of his relatives had melanoma on his arm, but they caught it early.

Are you going to get skin check ups?

Since you are running around in a diaper, make sure you wear number 70 sunscreen and a hat on your baby head.

    Glad to hear the news.

But if I may, the thread title seems to suggest you're celebrating venereal disease.

Happy VD to you too!!!!!

I like fuel, but I can't say I know that song. The name was just something that I came up with when I couldn't register the one I originally wanted.

This is amazing news!!! Congrats on it. It's never to early to get it checked. I lost a very dear uncle to melanoma in recent months. He was only 58. Good on you on getting your husband checked as well. :D

Great news Lyn, I remember we both have very fair skin. I've been burned myself, too many times.

Glad to hear the results are good.

thanks. I cringe now when I think back to the first time I went to Florida when I was 21. My back was so burned, I could hardly sleep. What did I do when I got home? I laid out in the sun b/c my legs weren't tan enough :(

I must be checked every 6 months the nurse practitioner said.
