Got tickets today to see him at PNC Bank Arts Center in NJ in June and could not be more excited!! Should be nice to share in this night with my mom and her boyfriend. He has got just the most gorgeous, amazing voice that has held up unbelievably well throughout the years!! Another legend to cross off the concert bucket list! :)

  • Awesome Sam! I've seen JT several summers in a row out in the Berkshires where he has yearly residency at Tanglewood (the summer home for the Boston Symphony). He does not disappoint. Expect all the hits and an extended "Steamroller" jam. He has done several variations over the years, once with Sheryl Crow and Yo-Yo Ma, once with Carole King, they were all great. Have a fantastic time. And you're right, what a voice! A must-see act before he retires.

We'll be seeing JT in Memphis in July for my husband's birthday.

Been listening to a lot of JT lately in this concert excitement, even though it's a little while away! His One Man Band release is a really great DVD/CD and that's been getting a lot of play recently. Also his Live at the Troubadour release with Carole King- so beautiful! My mom and her boyfriend went to see them at MSG last year and I was beyond jealous! Glad I'll get my James Taylor fix in a few months though :)
