Well, not just Philadelphia, but everyone who isn't a Tea Bagger. He has done a great job of keeping it under the radar so most people don't even know what happened, unlike, say, Wisconsin. He has probably done more to damage the economy of Pennsylvania than anyone could've imagined.

    what?

you are entitled to your opinion, but having an opinion that anyone who wants to cut social entitlement programs is a racist or sleeker version of the KKK is rather ridiculous

Have you checked the discussion thread's definition, Newt? This is PJ related via politics. In addition, I finished the post with "...in my opinion." Who are you, the GD King of England?

The source isn't exactly fair and balanced ... is it OK to use Fox News as a credible source on the board now?

    edit:

Actually, Fox News is a bad example. I should have referenced The Blaze.

Feel free to supply reporting that provides an opposing view.

Corbett is stomping on the safety net. Meanwhile he is selling off our environmental protection and land to Texas gas drillers for a pittance.

I'm not from PA so I don't know what the credible sources are. And I'm not too interested in digging them up.

I was interested in reading and learning more, but the cartoon instantly informed me that this piece was going to be slanted.

If he is doing a poor job, I'm sure he will be replaced by the citizens in the next election. Good luck.

Thanks. We will need it. The cartoon was amusing but the article bears out the symbolism.

along with cutting education funding he wants no taxes on the companies drilling in the Marcellus Shale region in PA. when you think of all the negatives of a republican leader this guy Corbett personifies all of the above and more.

oh and he was Attorney General of Pennysylvania when the 1st alligations against Jerry Sundusky at Penn State arose a decade or so ago.

To be frank I'm not really liberal at all; I only registered Democrat in 2008. I think we are quite moderate as many are in PA, but the fact that this guy has gone rightward in the national shift of the R-Party and so many people are paying the price is sickening.

The Sandusky thing is a nice extra nugget too. Super-PAC's need to hit him up on that in 2014. He deserves all the dirty attacks anyone can bring. After all, we will be suffering from dirty water for decades due to his reckless giveaways to the gas shale industry.
