When I went to see Immagine In Cornice at the cinema Ed Byrne was in the audience. He writes a column in the Metro and last week he mentioned being at the Astoria show. Have seen him on tv in PJ shirts too.

Colin Murray has talked about what a huge PJ fan he is.
So are we strangers now? Like rock and roll and the radio?

Biffy Clyro are big fans, I remember seeing them at the Fleece in Bristol and their intro music was a live bootleg version of Pearl Jam covering Masters of War. They've also covered Daughter, though the vocals on it were a tad disappointing.

Kelly Jones from Stereophonics is also a fan and I seem to remember him having Vs and Brad's 'Interiors' in his top 10 records ever or whatever.

I'll have to think of some more...

  • Colin Murray is a not a Pearl Jam fan, just a fan of anything he is asked to comment on.

Cat Deeley is not a Pearl Jam fan, she fancied Eddie Vedder when she was a teenager. My Missus went to school with her- Sutton Coldfield.

I had a few drinks with Kelly Jones in the Warner Records tent backstage at Reading in 2006, and he is a complete Pearl Jam nut. On a side note he was very short even in stacked heels and a Buffon hairdo....

    Erm ok that's me told :? :P

I've heard him play Nothingman on a radio show so figured he had more than a passing knowledge.

Remember around the time of Reading/Leeds hearing him talk about how great it was going to be to see them.

Not PJ but Justin Lee Collins loves Ed solo work :D
He chose songs from Into the Wild as the soundtrack to an interview I heard and when I met him he was raving about Ed.

Oh god, can you imagine Ed having to meet Justin Lee Collins?? He'd run a mile the opposite direction. Fast! Collins would probably run after him if his bring back... Shows are anything to go by.

That word should never be mentioned in the same breath of PJ. Who gives a really gives a shit who else listens to them & oh just because they are in the public eye. PJ is all about what you get from them not what others do & certainly not people who are tainted with the most pathetic word of the 21st century!! But the UK is obsessed with what other people do & forget they have their own lives. Sad really!
