    Just realized that I'm gonna be in Vegas for the Packers/Saints game. Will probably watch it at the Mirage sportsbook...IMO one of the best on the strip. There's a good chance I might not survive that day :lol:

    So I pricelined an upscale hotel on the strip...winner was.....

    Ha! Can't believe they consider that upscale. Oh well, I havent stayed on that side of the strip in years, I'll make the best of it.

    WHat I love about Vegas is there isn't a day or night. You do what you want. You want to go on a 24 hour hour bender...good for you. You want a beer at 7:47 AM go for it. You want eggs served to you at the poker table at 9:42 at night...go for it. You want to have sex in a parking garage go....nevermind TMI. :lol:

    One thing with the Stratosphere. Don't forget the monorail stops running at 2:00 I think. The area around the STartosphere/Sahara is not someplace to be walking late at night.

    They do have a nice Fat Tuesday. It's in the mall area while you're walking to the elevators to take you to the top. Yes...I've been to that one a few times too. :lol:

    Although I have already informed everyone that when they go to the Pawn Shop and all those other museum-y things I will be laying out by the pool :lol:


    I always have a car. They are so cheap out there. It's worth it for anything else just to avoid getting a cab to and from the airport. Last time I was there I had it for a week and other than driving it to Hoover Dam I don't think it moved. :lol:

And all the casinos have free parking...which I'm sure we'll be leaving it at some random casino and forgetting where it is the next day...but it's the best way to do it. Especially since everyone's staying all over the strip, it's a 4 mile trip from Stratosphere to MGM - which I don't mind walking - but it'll be nice to have the option to drive.

    As of last year when I went. I can't say for every casino but I do know the Plaza was charging.
