Great song! Glad to hear some electric guitar, as well as some piano. Love the sound of his new material.

    Seriously if he/any band doesn't want the song to get out there than why release a song 3 months before the album release? Makes no sense. Of course everyone is going to want to hear it.

    It's a B Side to his first single. If you want to hear it, buy it. Why would he have to put it out. If you want to hear the single go to http://www.thirdmanrecords.com

    I've heard the single plenty of times. This is a thread about Machine Gun Silhouette, and as far as I know its not currently available to purchase digitally which I think it should be since it is technically released, so you can listen on your mp3 player. I like listening to records but also like to take the music with me.

    Definitely one of my most anticipated albums. Good mix of Jack on these first 2 tunes. Hope he really unleashes the fuzz on a song or 2 at least.

    I'm pretty sure it's vinyl only. Don't worry someone will make an mp3 of the record for you. Jack loves having his members only hear stuff like this.

    I don't have any problem with the fiddle as a rule...as long as it isn't overbearing...the fiddle in this one is a tad bit much to me....gets to be way too hoe-downish
    All I have to do is revel in the everyday....then do it again tomorrow

    They say every sin is deadly but I believe they may be wrong...I'm guilty of all seven and I don't feel too bad at all

    Have you heard his tracks on the Cold Mountain Soundtrack? He definitely digs some of that bluesy folk type music. I think this is great stuff here. I dig Jack because he can pull off a folk music diddy AND melt your face with a Ball and Biscuit or Blue Veins.

    I've liked everything so far from Jack minus Raconteurs. I even really dug the Cold Mountain tracks. These two songs, though, don't do it for me. Love Interruption isn't bad, but the b side is no good for me.

    I had a feeling he'd go all old school country/bluegrass on us, I was just hoping he wouldn't. I was hoping for more Fly Farm Blues.

    I see now why this song wasn't on the album. It wouldn't have fit right, but still a sweet song I think. Fun little tune.
