DOUBT WITH MY ORDER

Hi, in november i order the dvd PJ20, but i havent received it, you send me an email in december where you said it would take 4 to 8 weeks but already passed more than 8 weeks with no answer. unfortunately I could not reorder my membership so I hope this is not a problem to send my purchase.

Already made the charge to my credit card, so im kind of concerned.

My order is 35326808.

I wait for your answer.
