Super Bowl Snacks?? What did you feast on??

Kathy and I made some guacamole....
Some cheese sticks....
Some jalapeno poppers....

And then we marinated some flank steak and threw that on the grill......

Good stuff....
Take me piece by piece.....
Till there aint nothing left worth taking away from me.....

    The BEST part was...
    Kathy got all these recipes from a "Healthy Food" website...

    Yeah right....

    We both got on the scale after the Game...
    We both weighed 5lbs more than we did this morning!!!! hehehehehehe

    taco dip
    guacamole
    salami cream cheese roll up thingies
    a variety of chips, dips, and salsas
    pineapple upside down cake

    and a Diet Coke

    Scaled back this year by a ton. Usually you could have a 8 course meal with all the snacks we have.

    buff chicken dip...superb
    spinach and artichoke dip with bacon

    and since it was my brother's birthday he insisted that my mom make baked ziti.

    that and a bunch of 60 minute ipa's.

    i was laying low this year, so I grilled some wings with homemade sauce and finished it out with chips and dip.
    Had several tasty beers including Shiner's Dortmunder spring ale for the first time...good stuff.
    All I have to do is revel in the everyday....then do it again tomorrow

    They say every sin is deadly but I believe they may be wrong...I'm guilty of all seven and I don't feel too bad at all

    I was scarfing down the shrimp cocktail like no other last night at my parents and was just hoping someone would come in the room and say "Hey Dave, the ocean called... they're running out of shrimp."

    Antelope stuffed in venison heart, antelope polish sausage, a whole bunch of different marinated venison cuts, goose with a curry glaze, a whole bunch of other sausages and game meats I can't remember. It was awesome

    Yeah, man. Went to a outdoor party where a lot of guys are hunters. They all bring some of their stuff and throw it on the grill. There was definitely Elk there too. The Venison heart and antelope was one of my favorites. It was really good and I think probably my first time eating an organ. Awesome though.

    And the party had about a 2 grand firework show at halftime.
