    I saw the video...the Chief said that they held charity football games and called them 'Pig Bowl'.

    I think it's funny, and they should have just left the decals as they were...if nobody said anything, nobody would have noticed. The cow is probably actually 1"x2"

    Besides...the 3 blobs on the left look like mushroom heads...and I'm not talking about fungi.

    I saw a article about this earlier today and it said the vehicles have been sporting this for the past year which leads me to ask what took them so long to figure it out?

    Who thought it would be a good idea to have prisoners make the decals for cop cars? It doesn't take a genius to figure out that something might go wrong.
