Child Custody help...please...

I'm in serious need of answering some basic questions about filling out a Case Information Statement for child custody in NJ.

    I'll ask around for you. The one lawyer I do know is a DA... My personal experience in legal studies is very limited.

    I went through two years of custody trials and $22,000 to get 50/50 custody of my son after my ex-wife just "took him away" in a no-fault divorce. (funny how if the Husband does that, it is kidnapping)

    I might be able to answer some questions, but I'm not a lawyer.
    Everything not forbidden is compulsory and eveything not compulsory is forbidden. You are free... free to do what the government says you can do.
