What time (In Australia) do the posters go up?

That converter website does not explain anything easily.. or am I just not looking correctly?
Anyway, can someone tell me when the posters will go up? - is it 5:00AM for us here in Sydney?

    3am usually if they are up at 10!

    they are 17 hours behind!, so make it easy and just subtract 7 hours from the sale time
