Any idea what this means in my PM box?

I looked into my PM box and saw this "Folder is 0% full (0 from 4000 messages stored)", does this mean I have 4000 messages stored someplace? If so, how do I view these messages? Not trying to be a D.A. I just do not know what it means.

    It means you have used 0/4000 of the spaces you have to save PMs for. If you had, for example, 2% full (72 from 4000 messages stored) you would be able to access 72 PMs right on that page.
