Is there a lawyer I can borrow for 5 minutes?

Hi,

I was just wondering if someone could just take a quick look over a one and a quarter page incident report.

So basically I run a before and after school care centre for children aged 5-12... It was our second day back today and this psycho father had a go at me for doing my legal duty. He is a very difficult man who is taking the school I work at to court. He is a pig of a man who refuses to get help for his son who has behavioural issues.

He had been banned from entering the school grounds up until two days ago. He has argued with staff and parents numerous times.

Today I collected his children who were on my role. So basically we had a confrontation where he was very aggressive, he says he is reporting this to the courts and to the education department. A department with whom I hope to be employed by when I finish this degree by the end of this year. I am worried this will be a smear on my name even though I did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING wrong.

He complained to my principal and I am completely in the clear but he is still going to report this to the authorities. The courts have issued a supena for all the information on this jerk... And this incident will become part of that.

Basically, I just want to see if my page and a half is good enough... Obviously there are more details in what I have written. I just am worried even though I have done nothing wrong that mud will stick...

    My sister is a teacher and her school gets idiot parents having go's at teachers when they should be parenting their kids.
    A lot of parents in today's society expect teachers to parent their kids.

    I know I am in the clear... but what I am worried about is
    1)mud sticks. What happens if I go for a job and the education department or prospective employers go 'hang on a second'

    2) He is very good with his words... he used to be a foreign correspondent on a tv show, he is manipulative and I have seen him turn peoples words into what he wants. He is very intelligent...

    I wanted to hit him, he does this to me in front of 75 children... If it wasn't for them, and for me being a chicken and never punching anyone in my life I would have hit him

    I understand....just saw you mentioned the show and how you wanted to punch him etc etc.

    Give it a while....people over there are still waking up. I can't think of any Aussie lawyers in AET....sure there's a few from the States though.

    Show it to me....I worked at a law firm long enough to know if it's heading along the right lines....but still get a lawyer to look over it.

    And he has reported me to my principals' boss... so pretty much the Super-intendant Chalmers of my area...

    If he is running my name through mud, I will contemplate seeing a lawyer... My future employment as a teacher may come under threat from these baseless complaints...
