    So far only SAD...

    I am sad that is... :-) I tried to get a hook up for that show for the past two days... i was in Chicago on business and asked EVERYONE I bumped into to see if they could get me a hook up.

    My friend texted me and told me they couldnt hear it from the buses idling next to the Vic... I wonder what else they soundchecked and what theyre gonna open with...

    He was saying he was Sad.. Sad wasn't soundchecked... to my knowledge

    Damn, its gonna be such a great show, I can't wait to hear about it! Like many others wish I was there but I got shut out.

    Oh well, can't win 'em all...

    So I didn't make it this time... So what?!

    Kinda like the Golden Gate show in '95 when Eddie got violently ill and had to leave after a few songs. Was I upset? No, but others around me were... I had a helluva time as the band played on and on and on with Neil Young.

    Bet there are more than a few people that would have loved to have seen that gig!

    So the glass if definitely half full (tonight its either a good Cabernet or maybe a stiff Gin and Tonic) as I play my PJ box set and imagine all the other fans rockin' their asses off at the Vic!

    you are correct.. I dont know that they soundchecked SAD... I was in fact sad that i missed the show...

    but if they play Sad tonight... that would be a great guess.

    yes i was their also...drove 8hrs for my first Pearl Jam show and was bummed a little bit, but one hell of a show and had a great time...!!!! never forget it or what Ed said about something being passed around, which i will not mention what it was....but i never forget it..
