You get a ticket for not wearing a seatbelt yet motorcycles are perfectly legal......discuss

    Doesn't make much sense when you really think about. And in Illinois they don't even have to wear helmets! Crazy.

    That's fucking ridiculous that there aren't motorcycle helmet laws.

    We even have helmet laws for bicycles here....I see cops pulling over people on bicycles quite often.

    Are there bicycle helmet laws in other countries?

    Probably.

    I ride my bicycle without a helmet 100% of the time.
