We got some ground Buffalo beef at the Amish market today. I wanted to try this for a long time, and today it was on sale. So a meat loaf it is! I mixed the beef with the insides of their Italian chicken sausages, it smells delicious in here! I also put a golden beet with leaves, carrots and tomato in there. It's still in the oven, but I cannot wait :)

gross-last time I bought that stuff when I opened the package, a bunch of maggot casings came out with the noodles.

It's some stuff from the Asian market...you just pour on hot water and *tah-dah*! Even comes with 3 different seasoning packets.
