Would anyone happen to have, and be able to supply me with the following:

'Given To Fly' from Quebec City, Quebec 9/20/05?

Artwork for both Denver 2, and George 1 2006?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and would allow me to continue providing all shows/artwork for the 2005/2006 shows.
