One ticket at face value [1st Manchester show] [Ticket SOLD]

So a friend of mine asked me to buy her one ticket, but right after I bought it, she changed her mind, so... I have one seated (block 114, row S) ticket to the first show in Manchester to sell at face value, which is 53 pounds plus posting fees (i'll send the ticket by recorded delivery).
I've got the ticket with me as it arrived yesterday.
