Anyone Use the New AEG Ticketing Website?

As I recall, TM/Live Nation had to give AEG the technology to allow them to create their own ticketing site as a condition of the LN/TM merger. Not sure if this is the result.

If there is a 10am onsale, you can enter a waiting room shortly before 10am, and then the system forms a random queue to buy tickets. If you enter the waiting room after 10am, you must wait til the waiting room is cleared of all pre-10am entrants before you can buy tickets. This makes it more of a lottery to get first crack at tickets, and for now, prevents people from using Bots to gain first access. It takes some control out of your hands, but levels the playing field for all of those who try for tix right when they go on-sale.

The fees are a bit high. For tickets that were $48 face value, the service charg and mailing fee amounted to 33%.
