I'm going to be running the clock or keeping score at a couple of my son's upcoming hockey games. That means I can play some music over the PA between periods and during warmups (and if I want to be really obnoxious, during every stoppage in play).
His team is the Flyers (mites/6, 7 and 8-year olds) so my playlist consists of songs that feature the words fly, flying or flight in the title. Any other suggestions?

Had I gone with a subject like "***The OFFICIAL awesome youth hockey tunes thread*** your opinion might be different.
For example, if I'm gonna play a Metallica song, it'll be something like "For Whom the Bell Tolls" or maybe "The Four Horsemen" (I'm thinking that would work if our kids have a penalty called against them). He went with "Enter Sandman".
I'm getting there early next Friday.
I think that'd be best for everybody!
