Let's Stop The Hate

We can do this!

Please don't provoke,
antagonize
ridicule

we are all human beings with the same needs

a need for acceptance
and love

a need for a voice

a voice to share

share
what we believe
without
fear of injury

Please

don't be unkind

think how you would feel

Please don't say
you
love
and accept

then
turn
around
and
take
a
dig

dig
your hate
into another

a silent snicker behind typed words
is almost heard aloud!

you can live it live so much more

you
can
be
so
much
more

a WAR is not pretty it kills LOVE

Eddie says to kill love is the highest sin ...

just messin with you, pandora. none of that nonsense was to be fact or fiction as i do not know.
i never once followed your stance on government so i dont have a clue.
again, just joking around is all.

i see you often in the movingtrain. i know that place gets the better of us all.
hence why i used, religion, political stance, and whatever else as my fun times material.

i never once in this thread made fun of Atlanta and the toothless wonders who dwell there

    but seriously
    what happened?
what directly caused you to write this poem?
i know you are constantly defending yourself and your beliefs in the moving train.
    this how i see it
so i am just wondering if anything specific has happened
this occurance being your inspiration to this piece

I figure if we can't get along in Pearl Jam World ...
    where can we?

Here where we have a shared love of music that moves us
music that each of us finds inspirational

music that should be teaching us love, acceptance, respect
because that is in Eddie's heart, that is what he shares in his lyrics

so this came about from frustration on the lack of just that

    love acceptance and respect

it takes more energy to hate than to love or at least to be kind
it takes more out of a person to be mean
kindness is more beneficial to yourself as well as others

hatred is the chorus of cowards
fuck 'em if they can't take a joke

"what a long, strange trip it's been"

that is much more than a lovely poetic line
