That would be a cool job. I have two friends who are stagehands for United Concerts and they really enjoy it, but it sounds like some hard work and long hours.
Promoting would be a hell of a lot easier.

Oooh yeah stagehands do have a tough job. A good friend of ours runs a stage management company and let me tell you, he runs a tight ship. Those guys are working all night long sometimes.
For the most part, the hubs loves his job, but sometimes he has to deal with some seriously egotistical people, especially in the Christian rock industry. There's some major rock divas out there!
Sweet benefit for me though, we usually get pretty good seats to most shows
Hell yeah, that is an awesome benefit!
Well, with my studying of sound engineering maybe one day you'll run into me behind the soundboard.
