    Welcome back! What was your problem though? Two different emails or something else? Just curious and trying to figure it all out. :)

    Exactly. Two different emails. The one that was associated with my TenC acct was the one I haven't used for years. But TenC was very helpful and they took care of it right away.

    Thanks for responding. That really does seem to be the main problem. Of course there still are other issues. :( I'm not sure what is happening exactly, but I hope in the end it's positive. Some of it looks good for sure, but ???? :)
