wait are people complaining about the two late penalties on the Bengals? both were clear penalties.   1st half was pretty much a snooze fest. 2nd half game picked up.  good, but not a great game.  Glad to see both Burrow and Stafford come back after their injuries.  

half time show was better than I expected but my expectations were really low. Of course I guess it's a little easier being entertaining when you aren't really singing.

the last 10 to 15 minutes before the start of the Super Bowl are the most painful obnoxious 15 minutes in sports.  My god that Dwayne Johnson segment was atrociously needless and boring.

yeah I didn't see the point in the rock's introduction at all. "FINALLY...." has been played to death.

that game was decided by three fourth down attempts - one successful; two not.

The Bengals just couldn't hold that line for Burrow. Great game though.

The bullshit holding call on CIN was offset by the no call on the offensive pass interference I guess.  

Rams scored when they needed to and the Bengals didn't.  End of story.

1. The game was called fairly.  Bengals have nothing to complain about.  If anything, the biggest miss was the facemask which absolutely served as leverage to move Ramsey out of the way.  

2. The halftime show was a winner.  Really nicely done.  Dre and Snoop sounded great together.

3. Good for Eminem for kneeling.  The NFL did not want that, but fuck 'em. 

4. Rams D line = MVP

Yeah I was impressed with the halftime show.  I though Kendrick was kind of lame but all else was pretty good. I didn't expect to like it but it was better than most halftime shows for sure.

Halftime was good minus Curtis Jackson, that was lame… sounded shittu

bengals lucky to have gotten this far with that line. Needs to be priority 1,2,3 this offseason

I kinda wish the halftime show was just Dre and Snoop. Have no interest in Blidge or Lamar, and Eminem, as usual, was half-lip-syncing to a backing track.

Won a big bet though. Bet that the game MVP would be a non-QB.

were any of them actually singing/rapping live? I thought it was standard OP at the Super Bowl that they don't allow live music for fear of fuck ups.

I don't even know. It kinda seemed like Snoop was live. But either way, if lip-syncing is needed for these sort of performances, then at least make it look real. I couldn't tell with Snoop or Dre, but Eminem was so obvious. I saw him live in 2003 and it was obvious then too. He wasn't full-on lip-syncing then, but he was rapping along with a backing track of the master vocal.

You didn't notice the commercials, coin toss, etc.?  The NFL and corporations are trying to show more and more diversity.  I read an article that is was actually down from last year.

Just something I noticed as it seems forced and not organic sometimes was my point.
