Yeah my hometown is letting me down as far as the fans go.
I wish I was a sacrifice, but somehow still lived on.

With the booking it was probably less than half of the fans.
Every hometown would have the same idiotic bs
No reason to get down on them for that....I think the ones who do it are lame but it wasn't as loud as the crowd is during the game.

Most of the fans that go to Arrowhead are from the burbs.  It doesn’t surprise me.

I remember when Matt Cassel was knocked out with a concussion and a fraction of the crowd cheered.  The headline was how ashamed Arrowhead should have been to cheer an injury to one of their own.

It only takes a few assholes to spread the perception of the many.

It may be a few days...honestly I worry of fans infecting players, coaches and staff.

Aren’t players almost totally isolated from fans?

I’d be glad to only be embarrassed by the Colts fan base. Try being embarrassed by an entire organization.

I honestly wasn’t sure if it was booing or just the hum of the crowd in an empty stadium. Either way, not as bad as the “get woke go broke” clowns want to believe. Bet we’ll hear worse this weekend.

NFL certainly wasn’t shy about the  pandering/poking the bear. Some of the lead in were amusing, like they were talking about some new shitcom about ready to drop and it would talk about social injustice.

It was for sure booing, there is no doubt.
As I shared, I don't think it was the majority (them booing the Texans when they came into the field was much louder) and this will happen at any stadium where fans are in place.  Some disagree with any stance other than "shut up and play" and are going to be vocal about it.

On a personal note I happen to think those people are fools....but it doesn't tarnish a fan base.  Our country is what is already tarnished.

There was 16000 fans at a stadium that holds 80 000...I think it’s manageable.  Costco is more crowded than that stadium would have been...

It's weird - there wasn't even a flag involved. It's like it was never about the flag at all.

Fans want the NFL to “stick to sports.” I’m glad to see Mahomes is taking the lead on speaking out for the players.

I would somewhat agree - a lot of fans would for sure. It's not hard to guess the demographic/makeup of the jackasses that attended that game last night. I think I could hear their knuckles dragging out of the stadium all the way from Philly. I would know, we've got quite the herd here.

But as much as the NFL placates toward societal unrest, they're not going to do squat except for try to humor everybody. Like you said, Mahomes, the players, are the ones that really have an opportunity to amplify some voices this season.
