The Vikings player should have been ejected for that hit on Bridgewater.

Time for James White to step up. Might have to re-sign Travaris Cadet as well.
    This weekend we rock Portland

I'm now certain that Belichick hired a group of gypsies to put a curse upon the Colts this past offseason ...

Andrew Luck Has A Lacerated Kidney

“The injuries happened at the end of an early fourth quarter scramble when Andrew was doing everything he could to get us the win,” said Head Coach Chuck Pagano. “Andrew was sore after the game and was feeling a little worse Monday afternoon so we sent him to get tests.”

The tests revealed a laceration in one of Luck’s kidneys and a partial tear of an abdominal muscle. The injuries should not require surgery and full recovery from both is expected within two to six weeks.

“It’s way too early to guess how long Andrew will be out,” said Pagano. “We’re going to keep listening to the doctors and evaluating his progress on a week by week basis. We’ve got all the confidence in the world in Matt Hasselbeck and we’re not going to put Andrew back out there until he’s healed and ready to go.”

Colts are in a tough spot because the division is so bad. The smart move might be to shut Luck down for the year and fire the Grigson & Pagano clown show now rather than in January. But how do you do that when you are in first place and technically still a playoff team?

Last year they went to the AFC championship. Fight out the regular season with Hassleback and bring Luck back for the playoffs if he's healthy. One poor year should not make or break a coach.

I agree one year shouldn't break a coach but I'm not sure Jim Irsay agrees. If he has already decided to clean house, a case can be made there is no reason to wait. Especially if it avoids rushing Luck back.

I keep seeing Irsay's name pop up as a target of blame. He's done a little meddling here and there, but what big missteps had he had as far as running the team?

Grigson is mostly to blame for the shortcomings this season. Pagano hasn't been bad, and he might've regained the team, but he'll have to pull off a SB run to keep his job. Pep was awful, so whoever hired him has some blame, but that can be overlooked some as it was clearly a move to help Luck feel more comfortable.

I was out in San Diego for the Bears-Chargers game on Monday night. I can see why the Chargers are so desperate for a new stadium.....that place is a complete shithole.

Been there many times. It was far worse for baseball and their baseball place now is great.
Even the club level at Qualcomm is shit.

Imagine watching a baseball game in that shithole. The two worst stadiums (make it three) are Qualcomm (does this company still exist? and what did they do when they did exist? did they win a contest for naming rights? so many questions ...), Candlestick Park, and Oakland's poop filled park.
