I hope Sanders does well in the NFL, I do.  I just don't think it's going to happen considering the Browns' track record.

I think he would have to go to a perfect situation with a Vet QB in a solid organization to show him how to be a pro. There were a few spots I could see he brought in to learn and push the starter eventually like Dallas or Jax and they said 'nah'.

The fact that he fell to the 5th round tells me nobody thought highly of his ability to grasp being an NFL QB.  I watched a few games last season... I am not a scout, but I thought that he was nowhere near an NFL QB.  Add in him being a diva and he is Johnny Manziel.  Fits perfectly in Cleveland.

Drafting him at 5 is much different than Manziel.  That was a terrible pick.  This one has upside and maybe some trade value (either him or Gabriel).  But what I think this really does is neuter Deion from yapping in the media about his son.  Doesn't mean he won't, but as a 5th rounder, the family has much less leverage to cause a ruckus.

Well looks like we don't have to worry about the 9ers being a threat for the next 5 years.

    RIP.
65 is way too young, I assume some of his demons played a part in that. Seemed like a good, yet flawed guy. Admired his love of music and envious of his guitar collection.

I can't help but laugh either.  It sucks.  I wasn't too excited about the next season, but significantly less so now.

The Steelers just need to tank for a year and get a top 5 pick.
