Yeah I heard about that last week, it's a shame, I find it hard to believe they can go on with a tour, but I guess it depends on the length and type of his treatment plan

all the guys moved closer to him to save him from traveling as much while working on their new album. as far as touring goes...wow...touring the world doing hardcore jams all with blood cancer...that scares me and i am sad for him

found something else on all this

yeah same here. first heard sabbath with my dear friend Jay. it was a great night as it was also the first time i heard hendrix do the star spangled banner.

i was like 13 or 14 yrs old. black sabbath knocked me down on the ground and kicked me in the mouth and ribs with their sound. i was addicted from then on. i've purchased every sabbath album, every ozzy album, every sabbath album with different singers than ozzy...anything sabbath put out i went and got it. i know what tony sounds like inside and out.

i hope he stays strong and smart and with us forever.

    we love you, Tony.

Yep me too, grew up hearing my bro play them,I had the most beautiful original gatefold sleeved vinyl of Sabbath Bloody Sabbath,I used to pour over the detail in it for hours even now when I listen to them they get me high.

I adore listening to Tony being interviewed,so quietly spoken and dry wit,an amazing human.

    unbelievable

i have to read this unsignable contract bill mentions. i am flabbergasted that a out of control contract even is in existance in the realms of black sabbath. these men are my heroes. i am sad. not only that, tony has cancer.

fuck me! i am sad & pissed

something tells me that that fucking john osbourne can be a fucking prick. and wow, holy shit @ sharon... she is ridiculous and money/greed driven. i do not know these ppl personally. i only know what i read and what i hear and what common fucking knowledge tells me.

it is a fact that osbourne family, business or personal have more lawyers than you can shake a stick at. i have heard her say this exact thing in regards to jake e lee and other 80's band members who only made a album or two and maybe a tour or two. she has bragged about her powerful law team.

    turns my stomach

tony iommi is without a doubt one of the greatest guitarist ever lived. it is amazing to me how lucky that ozzy osbourne man is; what with always constantly landing the best of the best musicians around.

    tony iommi
    randy rhoads
    jake e lee
    zakk wylde
    bill ward
    beezer butler
    rudy sarzo
    tommy aldridge
    randy castillo
    gus g
    robert trujillo
    steve vai (briefly)

i know i am missing some names here. it is nuts.
