I'm getting the feeling either at this point in time either give a care or dont and you are the sum of your actions. Your actions have been either a negative detriment to mankind or you have been a positive force take your pick. You will move accordingly. The "Cosmic Machinery" has given you free will. There will be no inbetween. Time of judgement and freedom on the conciousness of mankind has come, regaurdless of your religion, society or whatever you belong to. You will be judged accordingly, there is no hiding from this. No longer will be hidden if you have abused and perverted or fruitfully used your knowledge. I also feel time is running out.
This is my humble opinion.

We heard that noise up in San Francisco Friday when I was up there working. During a rather crazy rainstorm that sound was howling over everything.
We all looked at each other and tried to figure out what it was.
I sure hope it is that rapture thing. Seven whole years without Christians around sounds like heaven. If heaven existed, anyway.

An unexplained rumbling disturbed hundreds of Windsor, Ont., residents this weekend to the extent that some thought it was an earthquake, prompting calls for Ottawa to step in.
City Coun. Al Maghnieh said he was inundated with telephone calls, emails and Facebook messages this weekend after the so-called "hum" returned, louder than ever.
"Between the sound and the vibration, it was just very, very bad," Maghnieh said. "A lot of people are frustrated and to a point ... demoralized."
Residents across Windsor and neighbouring LaSalle began reporting a noise they describe as similar to an idling train or semi-trailer in February 2011.
Maghnieh said a "low-frequency rumble" seemed to peak early Sunday morning, calling it "really harsh."
Seismic testing conducted by Natural Resources Canada last summer pinpointed a one-square kilometre area of Zug Island in River Rouge, Mich. Grosse is now encouraging people to call the corporate headquarters of several steel companies with facilities on Zug Island.
"Don't be quiet. Don't be silent about the issue. You're not alone. Only through numbers can we get the issue resolved," Grosse said.
Maghnieh said Ottawa needs to continue the investigation because the noise it is affecting the quality of life on the Canadian side of the border.
"We're hoping the federal government will step up because in that report it said that another investigation is necessary to establish the source now that they have the location on Zug Island," Maghnieh said.
Some people claim the noise makes them sick and others say it keeps them awake at night, he said.
Government officials and a consultant hired by the City of River Rouge admit the rumbles and vibrations are an airborne sound wave originating from the general vicinity of Zug Island, home to several industries..
However, the City of River Rouge announced in November that it does not want to spend any more money to continue its investigation to track down the exact origin of the sound.

HAARP is definitely a pretty freaky program (although the Gov't obviously denies most of the assertions about it) ... especially given people like Zbigniew Brzezinski (ie. elite policy "insiders") wrote about weather manipulation as something that "would" happen in the future ...
however, on a less sinister yet still potentially disturbing note ... i'm starting to wonder if these noises are the atmospheric interference effects of SOLAR FLARES.
I just heard (on NPR, no less) the other day that we JUST (last week, 1.23ish) had one of the most enormous coronal mass ejections (cme) in history ...

... these are light\plasma\EMP ejections ... and this one (unlike many) was AIMED RIGHT AT US.
Who knows what effects HAARP would cause, but i seen no reason to RULE OUT the notion that a CME might cause some sort of noise as the radiation\energy\electromagnetism (god particles, lol) bomb the earths atmosphere.
I'm no scientist, and i cant find ANY evidence to support this notion (but i'm guessing it hasn't received a lot of attention FOR study) but isn't it possible that some mechanism as simple as this energy creating slightly warmer air in the upper atmosphere causes that "Wooshing" sound that you get when a warm and cold front meet? you know a STORM type noise? A possibility even ???

Lets' say for the sake of argument that the government is able to cause earthquakes. Why would we target Japan and Haiti? We have actual enemies we've been at war with (or could be at war with in the near future) yet they haven't cause a single earthquake in the Middle East. Strategically, those would be the places to hit because it would benefit us more to target Iran's nuclear program and governments that are hostile towards us. If we've been sending out troops over there for oil like people say, why wouldn't we use our earthquake machine to damage those countries and then take what we want under the guise of international aid?

I really want to test it (ground/water sample) myself, Take it to a lab and see what's..what., speak with them myself...To be honest, perhaps we all should try and see if we can confirm these findings if/when we can. Take a sample before and after the so called "chemical spraying".

That sure would be interesting ... and it would also be exactly what i just said earlier, given that the giant solar flare that just occured was predicted to cause intensified Borealis activity! However, there is still no scientific consensus (see damninteresting.com article above) as to the fact of these things even making noise (all though i guess it makes sense) ...

I keep hearing (all over the net) people saying "i heard that noise" or "i heard this the other day", but no one DESCRIBES ***WHAT*** THEY HEARD.

That would be helpful in getting some bearing on what we are even talking about.
