Would love to hear your favorite pedal settings for the different pedals you use. Also, does anyone know of a website that covers different pedal settings? Would love to check it out if one exists.

This is almost the answer to every question these days. YouTube probably has people playing the pedals you have and you can see what they have them set at. The amp being used and the amp settings also is a major factor in the pedal settings and the tones you hear.

However what pedals are you looking at specifically. Maybe some of us have them.

I think your best bet is to look for websites dedicated to individual artists.

Not sure if giventowail covers effects settings, but I think you can see what they've used through the years.
www.gilmourish.com is pretty badass if you're into Floyd.
