i stand in the shadows
and wait for the light
to move me
but every day eludes me

i swim down deep
to find life
and rise above the sea
eternally

i find this world
amusing
a mandatory greed
as seeds succeed

i wait for change
a cleansing
with only needs
allowed to be
The whole world will be different soon... - EV

  • I like that Eric.
Was just thinking the same thing (your title) as I was on drink 3 and reading through some of my old writing. I put it down, made another drink...fired up the laptop and saw your title. Cool!
(Shochu for me, not Whiskey, but same difference.)

I like this a lot though, it made me think of 'push me, pull me.'
