  • im pumped. i cant wait to hear the influences and moral and theme of this record. their albums are always so influenced by such bizaare things. The last album was influenced by Cedric and Omar visiting a party when they were kids, and some kid at the party disappearing and then never being heard from or seen again. and the songs all describe what could have happened to him. And the album before that, they were playing with a Ouija board, and it caused all sorts of horrible things to happen to the band, and that inspired the record.

they are such an inspiring band
  • Nice! looking forward to this and the reunion of At the Drive In. Not sure how the 2 bands can co-exist, but it'll be interesting to see how it plays out.

hmmm i've only liked songs from albums since frances the mute so i'm not as big of a fan as i was before.

I too wonder how they will do a ATDI reunion and tour to support the band. Makes me think maybe the ATDI tour is just a cash grab.

Are they doing more than the Coachella shows?

This is the kind of news that gets my blood pumping! Cannot wait to hear this. Every time they announce a new album I get excited just looking at the song titles! Hope they hit the UK sometime preferably in the later months of the year. Insane guys in an insanely good band!
