another silly question..... what does this mean?

Bonjour, Vous avez commandé un produit destiné à la France (avec le tarif de port prévu pour la France) et nous ne pouvons donc malheureusement vous l'expédier aux U.S.A. Nous vous le remboursons donc intégralement. Bien cordialement. Autour du livre

Hello, you ordered a product for France (with the postage provided for France) and unfortunately we can not ship you the United States then we will refund you in full. Best regards. Around the book

    ..

I just received an email from them. D'oh!

    Dear D,

Unfortunately, you placed an order for a delivery in France, as mentioned on the web page. That is why there were no freight costs included. Unfortunately, these posters are not available in the US/Canada, separately from the book. Therefore, we cancelled your order and funded you back 100% (although paypal keeps some comissions when payments are reimbursed). The only way to have the (free) poster in the US/Canada is to purchase a copy of the book. In case of a new order, please make sure that you use the right buttons designed for the US/Canada orders.

    Best regards,

Great! To purchase the book (with poster), the poster will be folded. Not sure why they couldn't just send me an extra PayPal bill to pay for extra shipping cost to send to USA / Canada. Oh well. I tried. Would love a copy but at the moment not looking for another PJ20 book, especially shipped overseas that will cost me a lot of dough via customs.

In french, we say "tête de cochon!", which, in this case, means, I TOLD YOU!! :P

I received it yesterday and yes its a little bit bigger, and on the hard cover, its not the same pattern. It's like that:

I missed the zone part. Could of sworn I saw/read "International", but that must of been just for the PJ20 book order.

Might have to get back to you on this one. Tempted to place an order for the french book version. The only option to receive a print is folded right? There is no book & poster shipped in tube offer is there?

Dont think so. From what i know, they ship it folded within the book.

Maybe you can ask them to put in in a tube and pay for the extra shipping? They were pretty nice to me, since I though the shipping was a little bit expensive for a book that i already owned in english...

Give it a try and let me know!
