Backspacer snowboard jacket problems?

Hi there, I recently purchased the Backspacer jacket. When I tried to use my IPHONE to play music through the jacket I did not get any sound. I was wondering if this is a common occurrence or if I received a defective jacket. I was also wondering about exchanging it for a new one, I've barely worn it and it is still in mint condition. I really love the jacket but just wish I could use it the way Jeff and the designer intended (to ROCK OUT to Pearl Jam). Maybe I'm not doing something right, I don't know. And yes I put the batteries in correctly and the arm pad controller lights up, I've connected the green cord the USB as well as traced all of the cords with my fingers to make sure everything was connected, just no volume. HELP ME!!! please and thank you. :? :cry:

    You are awesome, thanks for the link. I think I can get it to work now since I have those instructions. I wonder why they wern't sent with the jacket. BTW, the jacket is pretty nice but not too flashy, and I really like the material. Even has a Avalance Beacon and whistle if I get lost on the slopes. Thats why I bought it. (to the guy who asked)
