Nice! Sounds like he bought the whole lot at one time. That would be fun!Degeneratefk said:A friend of mine showed me his vinyl collection last night. He said he got them all for $500. What a steal. He had 7 prince albums, 3 Billy Joel, 3 Michael jacksons, several AC/DC, and the one I chose to listen to was John cougar Mellencamps Uh Huh. It sounded really good.
He's got hundreds of 70s and 80s classic rock and R&B albums. A real joy to flip through."It's a sad and beautiful world"-Roberto Benigni0 -
DF, we still have some beautiful vinyl but fuck me if I had to sell some of ours ten or so years ago. Do what you gotta when times are tough.
Iggy, anyone? You even get him rubbing his nip.

Finally work has slowed down as summer begins, hope to be here more often.....time to get my cycling in and dust off my bike. This is Nattali Rize from Blue King Brown out of Australia. I met her 10 years (hard to believe that much time has passed) ago when the band on their first tour of America with my friend Michael Franti. A very sweet and gracious person who I saw for several east coast tour dates.
This a new song with Julian Marley, partly shot at the Marley house in Kingston, JA.....http://youtu.be/1gwnEluA3r0

Cheers to ya, vogon! I discovered his bearish-ness late in the game, but man...so glad I did at all.
Digging on this at the moment - much as how I'm feeling (a note in a song)

Hi guys.Been laying low for a few weeks enjoying a more unplugged, untethered break from the interwebs. It was glorious.I didn't realize how much time I spend with my face in a IPad.
First stop back im,checking here in the lounge. Some very strong song choices you crazy kids have posted. So drinks on me today, enjoy! And let me add some much needed Grohl to the musical selections.Cheershttps://youtube.com/watch?v=xQ04WbgI9rg

Good choice, rr. And that's where I saw Tool for the first time. Ridiculously wide open GA, Mike Patton and Carey closed out the show double-drumming on Triad.
Fucking glorious.0 -
