So, we're staying at Golden City Hotel Garni. Google Maps tells me that there is a tram stop 1 minute's walk away and then I can get the 92 tram straight to Multiarena Praha which is the stop for the venue I believe.
However, Idoz.cz says there are two changes on the journey. Does anyone know which is correct?
Either bus 207 to Florenc metro station and then to Ceskomoravska station. Or tram 26 to namestí republiky metro and then to Ceskomoravska station. Both cca 20minutes.

Hey it's my wife's b-day the day of the show (Jul1) and I wanna take her out for a good lunch or dinner before the show. Got any ideas? Nothing too fancy and she's not a drinker. Ideally a place with good food!

Take her to the monastery at the top of the hill that overlooks the city. The monks brew their own really good beer and they serve great food. Beautiful old church to peak into on the grounds, great views of the city and Prague castle and a leisurely walk from old town square over the King Charles bridge and up cobblestone streets. Casual, good food and beer and very reasonablely priced. Can’t remember the name but I’ll see if I can find a link.

Here you go. You don’t need to do the tour unless you want to.

If you're looking for great Czech food close to the center take a look at this place: http://www.umodrekachnicky.cz/en/ The one in Old Town though. It's my go to spot when family comes to town.

I wish i was the souvenir you kept your house key on..
It wont allow me to book our tickets. What am I doing wrong?
I just did a trial run with google chrome and got right to the end. What time did you select? There should be a green link to click that says price in next step.
Are you looking for a day train or night? There looks like a direct train on the nights. For days we need to wait until June 10th for it to update I was told.

Prague folks - looking forward to seeing Prague and the band...on the Czech transport site there are e-tickets and paper tickets for options on the 10:24 train. Is there any differences/advantages purchasing a paper ticket instead of an eTicket? Thank you.

On that site it shows the E-tickets being sold out. I was talking to someone on Facebook that booked on that site and they gave him this message. Something funny is going on. You can no longer book on the official site either.
I eventually figured it out. I was hoping to get e deluxe sleeping berth for the wife and I. We have the bottom 2 bunks on a 2nd class 3 person berth. I guess we will be sleeping with a stranger that night lmao. Cost 106 CDN for the two of us. A nights sleep for way less than a hotel. We wanted to be fresh to check out the salt mine before the show!
Odd. I can try again after May 17th. Would it matter if I get e-Tickets vs Paper tickets (presuming could purchase a paper at this time)?
If you get an e-ticket make sure you print it. It has to be printed and stamped by a Czech conductor either before you get on the train or on the train before it crosses into Poland. I’m going to get mine stamped in the station before I get on.
So, how was the pre-party back in 2012? I've been so busy planning the trips, not even thought about the party on June 30th. The pub looks cool, was it a good night last time?
