    I guess my dumbphone does get notification if the tweet is directed at me. Does that mean I can send tweets from it?

    You should be able to - I know for my phone 40404 is the SMS number, so I just send a text to that number and it tweets my message. Not sure if that's the same for every carrier or just AT&T :?
