    in this instance it was cause it was obama. it made no sense at the time and sadly obama didnt have grace enough to declined the honour.

    According to every draft expert, he is supposed to be the best NFL ready QB draft prospect since Peyton Manning. He has been projected to be the #1 pick for over a year. Andrew getting the MVP award before taking a snap would be the equivalent of Obama accepting a Peace Prize before establishing his policies.

    The big difference being, of course - Luck will eventually be judged on his ACTUAL performance and not through the prism of Cardinal colored glasses.
