The Seattle crowds are among the worst I have experienced. They have just had so much PJ that they aren't that enthused anymore. But it is a beautiful city. And head up to Vancouver in Canada to see some PJ shows, much better crowds. Good luck with the job and home hunting!!

Do you have any management experience?
The 10 Club is in desperate need of one...

bums me out about the crowds :( I've been way too spoiled seeing them in philly and nyc where the love is REALLY felt. Sad that its the one thing about moving that i fear! Guess i can always fly out to see them in philly or nyc again;p

It's not that big a deal. Like I said, head up to Vancouver to see a PJ show. It's only about a two hour drive. And it's a really fun city.

Also, in Seattle you may get to see some smaller club shows. Which would be totally amazing!!

Don't miss the Portland shows. Better crowd, and you'll be much closer than you were on the East coast.

Look into the Belltown area if you want good nightlife options.
