    This was excellent as well!!

Also, Forks Over Knives was really interesting.

saw that too -- now i'm starving to death! ha, just kidding, but it made me rethink a lot of my diet. :)

I can't wait to see this movie.
Saw this last night. I don't knwo if i could say it was flawless but it was a great artistic experience.

it will be one of my favorites, but this is not for everyone. This is an art house film not a narrative hollywood film. Anyone going to see it needs to set expectations for what they are gettign into.

Even i was taken back by the 20 minute visual decadence of the explanation of start of life in space to the beginings of dinosaurs on earth. You just don't expect taht shit 15 minutes into a movie lol

I really didn't like Super 8. Basically, if you put all of Spielberg's previous movies together in an awkward and boring sort of way... you have this movie. very VERY *meh*

Girl With the Dragon Tattoo was really good. and um.. yeah... sexy

Cedar Rapids and Horrible Bosses tie for the funniest movie of the year.... which is kind of sad. I didn't think either were phenomenal.

I fell asleep during King's Speech. Maybe that makes me an unrefined jackanape, oh well.

Rise of the Planet of the Apes; they were trying to be something to everyone. That's what you get with a PG-13 movie about the monkey apocalypse. EFF that... it should have been rated R and there should have been monkeys tearing people's faces off and eating them, cause THAT'S what would have happened. BOO.

    didn't see many others...

was 127 Hours a 2011 movie? I loved that one.

i get why studios hold off on releasing films until christmas time, so as to get buzz for the oscars, but its annoying as hell, especially if you are a film buff. sundance happens in january/feb and the films that are talked about there dont get released usually until christmas.

my town still hasnt shown, shame, we need to talk about kevin, the artist, the decendents, A Separation,Like Crazy, the iron lady, extremely loud and incredibly close. All films that ive been into seeing

#84. Tucker and Dale vs. Evil

I'm somewhat embarrassed to say I saw this movie. But it actually wasnt bad. It kinda makes fun of your typical horror movie stereotypes.

I was surprised too -- I had just got netflix the other day, and was browsing the online streaming. I'm amazed I convinced my wife to watch it too... :)

i dont think sucker punch was in any critics top lists, it made my list. yeah it did horrible at the box office and critically. i loved it though. I thought the visuals were amazing and the whole moral and theme of it really struck me as powerful.
