Does anyone here watch this great show and do any overseas cable or satellite networks show it in your country? For those who haven't seen it, it's just 3 or 4 bands or solo artists in a studio playing live with no audience, no talk and no presenter. The performances are really good and it's great to see big stars in a relaxed environment. I have them all recorded to Sky+ and I watch them quite a lot. I'm just watching the show with The Raconteurs, Seasick Steve and Band Of Horses now and it's one of the best. These are the episodes shown over the last couple of years:

•Gnarls Barkley, Sparks and The Kills
•My Morning Jacket, The Fall and White Denim
•Iggy Pop and The Stooges, CSS and Shortwave Set
•Radiohead, Andrew Bird and Fleet Foxes
•The Raconteurs, Seasick Steve and Band of Horses
•Queens of the Stone Age, Cold War Kids and Zee Avi
•Beck and Jarvis Cocker
•White Stripes, The Shins and Neil Hannon of The Divine Comedy
•Super Furry Animals join PJ Harvey and Freeblood
•Radiohead's Thom Yorke, Albert Hammond Jnr and Envelopes
•Damien Rice, E from Eels, Autolux and Architecture in Helsinki
•Sonic Youth, Jose Gonzalez and Laura Marling
Like a book among the many on a shelf...

This series is amazing, I actually Stumbled Upon a youtube video of an Andrew Bird From the Basement session and loved the idea. They have a bunch of the performances up on their website http://www.fromthebasement.tv/ which are really awesome!

Check ahead on the schedule Mike, I know they have all been on in the last few weeks but they get repeated loads just like every other fucking show on Sky it would seem! Great show though! You'll love the one with Beck on it. It'll be on youtube too I'd imagine.
